Nancy Brody received the University Staff Appreciation Award for April 2025.
Brody is a Business and Financial Services financial specialist. The individual nominating her stated, "Nancy consistently goes above and beyond to help departments get things paid. She has a wealth of information and spends much of her time helping staff with their questions.
"Nancy is also tenacious when it comes to dealing with suppliers. She will keep working on an issue until it is resolved. She is wonderfully organized and has a very strong work ethic. In recent years, Nancy took on additional university contracting responsibilities and has participated in training new staff. She spends time helping customers understand the 'what,' 'how' and 'why' behind a process. She is in a role that does not get a lot of fanfare, but her role is so critical to the operation of the university. I feel strongly that we need to recognize the awesome work Nancy does to keep 黑料科 running."
Each employee of the month receives a certificate of recognition and a gift presented by Chancellor Katherine Frank. The award, in its 20th year, was established by the Chancellor鈥檚 Office and is co-sponsored by the University Staff Senate.
