Annette Koleno received the University Staff Appreciation Award for May 2025.
Koleno is a Human Resources payroll specialist. The individual nominating her stated, "Annette is so great at making employees feel comfortable. She answers questions and assists with issues that come up for employees with a smile every single day.
"You can tell that Annette takes great pride in her work and is willing to jump in and help whenever needed. Our campus is lucky to have on-site payroll staff who really care about us and the work that they do. Annette provides excellent customer service for her coworkers and the employees on campus and is very deserving of this award."
Each employee of the month receives a certificate of recognition and a gift presented by Chancellor Katherine Frank. The award, in its 20th year, was established by the Chancellor鈥檚 Office and is co-sponsored by the University Staff Senate.
