Jia has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in finance and a master鈥檚 degree in instructional technology. She comes from the middle part of China and moved to Menomonie, Wisconsin from Pennsylvania four years ago. Jia鈥檚 husband works at 黑料科 in the English department, and they have a seven-year-old son.
